JOB OFFER - INTERNATIONAL SECURITY MANAGER

DEADLINE: As soon as the right candidate has been found

DURATION: 1 year, intention to offer a longer contract at the end of the 1st year.

LOCATION: Cairo, Egypt

SALARY: EUR 3,000 to 5,000 + Benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

1.       Scope of duties:

1.1.       To supervise the security and safety of an international organization established in Egypt;

1.2.       To liaise with client’s staff members as their main Point of Contact;

1.3.       To manage a security guard team of approximately 100 Local Staff Members and dedicated Fleet;

1.4.       To manage and coordinate emergency situations;

1.5.       To liaise between Clients and Security Components in Cairo;

1.6.       To liaise between security authorities and Clients;

1.7.       To implement and develop internal security procedures in accordance with mission guidelines;

1.8.       To coordinate operations with governmental security authorities;

1.9.       To organize and monitor security operations during major events and VIP missions;

1.10.   To provide proven and internationally applied trainings and awareness programs to subordinate staff;

1.11.   To participate in administrative processes such as recruitment, logistics and finances.

2.       Main objectives:

2.1.       To ensure effective coordination and management of designated Account Personnel;

2.2.       To maintain proactive controlling approach and responsiveness to every kind of emergencies;

2.3.       To cooperate closely with other Company Managers;

2.4.       To ensure Client satisfaction.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• It is mandatory for the candidate to hold a double nationality: Egyptian + Any European country;
• Military/Police experience from European Union Member State;
• Will to travel and being relocated due to work requirements (Cairo, Egypt);
• At least Bachelor's degree in relevant field of work;
• At least 2-years experience on similar position related to Private Security industry Complex Security Setups Management;
• Excellent command of English and Arabic;
• Excellent command of other languages will be considered as an asset, especially French or/and German;
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and team-work skills;
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment;
• Very strong leadership and management skills;
• Organizational skills;
• Sense of commitment, detail orientation and initiative;
• Problem analyzing, solving and reporting skills;
• Very good command of Microsoft Office Applications.

BENEFITS & REMUNERATION:

• NET salary: Equivalent of 3,000.00 to 5,000.00 EUR (Depending on the experience) excluding all taxes and contributions that are covered by the Company. NOTE: Salary Revision will occur upon performance at the end of the probation period.
