PAM Marine Nat - Campagne ou pas Campagne ?

Bonjour Ă  tous 👋, mon conjoint Ă  identifiĂ© 3 postes sur lequel il pourrait ĂȘtre Ă©ligible pour une affectation OUTRE MER en 2024. (Marine Nationale)

Il est PM BS et Ă  19 ans de volontariat 
 on n’a jamais eu d’affectation campagne il est trĂšs bien notĂ© + 3 cette annĂ©e. Et depuis 2018 totalise + de 200 jours d’absence/an avec ces divers dĂ©ploiements


Je voulais savoir si il y avait des choses spécifiques à voir avec le Gestionnaire (Il doit le voir en septembre) pour mettre en avant sa candidature. Des choses à dire, ne pas dire par exemple... ?
